Years of love have been forgot in the hatred of a minute

A spiteful weakness began to form

As hate pushed through the wall of love

A silly barely noticeable crack that one could hardly see

Opened up wider and wider into a gaping mouth

Gulping down their happy moments

Regurgitating their past mistakes

Belching out a putrid dying future

He said she said

It all began to matter now

When before they were just things

Things said and done in haste

The fine line was crossed

Now soldiers stood on each side

Thoughtless words flew like bullets

Hitting their heads their hearts

Hate lay waste to all that was good

Love bled leaving nothing but empty feelings
