from woman to woman

an apple bit into 

crisp crack

and gush, sweet and water and tickled texture

i took the apple from her and bit 

cracked 

the tickled textured flesh away from the middle column

the harder juiceless walls around brown teardrop seeds

i hand the apple back 

watch as her palm takes wrist turns

back into her mouth 

i am
