pop out your gizzard,

camouflaged by green bloom,

nibbling flower

fallen from bough

of naked wood budding.

Bee tango leaving

yellow pollen trail,

ballad of red robin

bouncing along.

Rabbit doing bunny hop

color erupting

variegation of world,

golden petal

opening wide,

air gorged

with fragrance.

Flirt of new life

filled with innocence.

Bright emerald gown,

purification of humid rain.

Fledgling deer dance

with merry feet

        tap-tap, tap-tap, forward, back, hop, hop, hop

drone of honeybee

on fruited tree.

heather purple

upon the hill.

Craned neck

of reaching buttercup

reflecting youth.

Flight of the butterfly
