What I Want To Be Doing Right Now

Lying in bed with Her in my arms, Her gentle snore the only noise she makes as she sleeps peacefully in my arms, the smell of her shampoo lingering in her hair as I breathe it in, deep. Her legs entwined with mine, as though to make sure that, during her slumber, I cannot leave Her. I would never leave Her, not like this. This is what Heaven will be like, if I make it there. And I will, time after time when she wakes up and drives me to heights never before reached, clouds skimming my head as I ride the waves of ecstasy she alone can attain within me.
