Water Fall
She let
The gentle breeze of wind
Wash over her skin
Like the hands of a tender lover
Lighter than air
And softer than
Water
In its sweetest state.
She sat
Pondering from afar
As she glanced out of the window
Wandering
The distance between
A heart and its soul
When the bond has been
Broken
Or never existed
In the first place.
She breathed
In two breaths
Into breadth of
Inhaling
And drowned in the air
That had seeped in
Invited
Beneath damaged skin
Invading
And it rained
And she remembered.
