The parlour-game
Theres this game I know that we used to play when I was a child. As far as I remember, I think we got to know about it from a tv-show and we decided to give it a go, whereafter we adapted it. The idea of the game was, that there should be a circle drawn on the ground (therefore the game should take place outside). The people participating in the game would then have to line up a few hundred metres away from this circle, where they would be blindfolded. They would then have to walk as straightly as possible, aiming for this circle. The person who would get closest to the core of the circle would win. This game would often bring laughs as people often went to far to either left of right, or not far enough as well as too far from the circle.
Then there was this once when some friends of the family came over and we decided to play. Now, the entire evening one guests (John) had been a bit of a pain, so it was of course a relief when he, as his turn came to play, walked far beyond the circle (like hundred of metres too far), because he had forgotten to count his steps. He then walked all the way to the water, which we live nearby and onto docks and into the water. He was of course shocked at first but as he recovered he himself joined in our unstoppable laughter.
