Birth by Sleep
Twist in melancholy, smile at suspicion,
Curl in trembling waters, grant the submission,
Seek the waking, search for opening,
Sleep in the crudeness, and embrace the morning.
Awake for people, those in need of guidance,
Laugh at silence, in voice for stridence,
Strangle crisp bells in warning to life,
Break birth’s silence in bondage to strife.
