No Sleep ’Till Montrose
The luxury of doing nothing,
making no decisions,
drifting unaccountable for any action
But, instead, the weight of responsibility,
the burden of accomplishing,
is heavy in my arms, carried to safety
Sometimes all a person needs is to reflect,
sit by the river and let ones mind wander
like the watery current over age old rocks;
wonder who put all this here and why
Nevermind about the time,
forget dates and appointments,
sleep without a care
