Logan: The Water Element

Logan grew up in the city. Not like New York, but not in the middle of nowhere. He has dark blonde hair that is almost a light brown. He has one sister, Genesis. He has the ability to control anything that has to do with water. He can make it rain. He is the leader of PL7. He likes to wear normal clothes. Jeans, black shirt with a new age look, and Nike© shoes. His blondish brownish hair is always getting in his face.
