The Fury we Sow
As the nightwinds rumble
the sky begins to crack,
the flashes are surreal...
we are under attack.
Mother Nature is fierce;
a force to be reckoned.
She's had about enough
of human indiscretion.
She often goes unnoticed,
until the ground beneath us shakes.
