Life

I have often tried to compare life to some experience or event and found it difficult as life starts easy, but gets progressively more difficult the older you get, until in your final years it is nigh on impossible to get by without the assistance of others.

But I did finally achieve some success when it hit me, that life is rather like having to manhandle a king size mattress, from the base to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris using only the stairs.

I settled on that.
