Sloth

Is it wrong I like to relax? Sleeping in feels nice and stress is bad for your health and all. Sure I might sleep in a little too late sometimes and miss an appointment and sure I might turn in an assignment too late but I mean doesn‘t everybody sometimes? I’d say that’s an okay price to pay to live a life lead leisurel.

At least I used to. I guess it adds up on some cosmic scoreboard somewhere. I see all these consequences of my choice to be a couch potato. The love of my life I never met at that meeting, the job offer I actually really wanted even though I blew off the interview to play games, that light I wouldn’t have run if I wasn’t so late and had to rush.

See, I guess in the end my end won’t really be because of some crash, blast, or reckless wrath. It’ll be because I said ”maybe later.”
