Every day our subconscious minds are exposed to all that we encounter. It all becomes a part of us and changes what we think, say, and do. We can't escape it, but we can choose what all we expose ourselves to and how much we expose ourselves to it. In turn, influences change over time due to our circumstances and our environment. The key is to know whether what we're being influenced by is good or bad.
