Handling Stress

Stress is one of the most frustrating feelings to ever happen to me. As soon as I feel the heaviness of all those things which I still have to finish, I feel stress making it’s way in my mind. I start to feel empty and similar to somebody who had never had any achievements at all. My stomach starts to hurt and my happiness is long gone. I feel incredibly tired.

A good solution to getting rid of those feelings is to “Fake it ’till you make it”. I fake feeling like I can do anything until I finish it. After hat I know, that I just had a great achievement and I feel refreshed and ready to take on the world.

Nevertheless, sometimes there is failure and you don’t finish all these task at time. This is not the end of the world. You will get to try again and the next time, when you are in complete and utter stress, you can ask somebody to help you. Most people feel great after helping a fellow inhabitant of this wonderful world.

Last but not least, sometimes there is just so much stress but without a good reason. In those times, it might just be the best to take a nap and reorder the priority of the things which have to be done.

After all, stress helps us conquer all those tasks.
