you will cage me in with four walls

you will take away my family

you will put me in an unsafe environment

you will take away my basic human rights

Your words don’t affect me

I will not sit here while you blabber on

I will not be hurt by your words or

feel threatened by them

You can’t hurt me

You can’t do anything

I won’t sit any longer

and I won’t let anyone else sit any longer

You hurt so many

You let others feel a way no one should ever feel

You are greed

You are sin

and I won’t sit

I will rise

with my friends

enemies

I will rebel

I will fight

and I will win
