Anger
Describe vividly how you feel the emotion 'Anger'. Does it spread like wildfire in your body or does it start with the slow increase of your heartbeat. Does it urge you to create chaos or do you push your demon down back into its cage. I'd like to read all responses :)
Anger
Anger is an emotion that everyone feels every once and a while. Sometimes we feel anger over things that we really shouldn't be angry about. For example, often anger is a feeling we feel before being given the entire story and its details. When I become angry I often feel overwhelmed because I have anxiety so often it triggers panic attacks. Also, I often cry when I am angry. All of my emotions end up coming out in just a flood of tears. I don't often get angry just because anger has a bad habit of just turning my world upside down so I work my hardest to find a positive side to the bad.
