Cause You Say Nothing
Quiet skin and sad eyes
When you are abandoned
You are left vulnerable and wise
You seek to be excepted and left alone
A part of something big or in a corner with a low tone
You encourage while being discourage
Why can no one feel what you feel
Cause you say nothing
You don't need any sympathy
The world is happy
Yet it seems so
Like a hot cooktop, it doesn't come close
To be quiet and crying
Forgotten heart and crying smile
Where you find only self
Ink and paper walk your mile
The issues come as life and death
Your world finds strength with each deep breath
You cover your face only to please, while you are never at ease
Why are the words, "help," too hard
Cause you say nothing
You long to be touched
The world is sad
Yet it seems so
Like awarm hug, it wants to embrace you
Not to be sad or forgotten
