Winter

The snow's coming down hard now

and I still haven't healed from last winter.

Since when does summer go by so fast

and get consumed by this slow, crawling cold?

Light used to last longer and

things used to be a lot more simple.

I guess all we can do now is

make do with the light we have and push on.
