The Lone Seeker
He seeks not lovers nor love alike
He traverses the mountains in a lifetime hike
He is the lone seeker
He seeks what cannot be seen nor touched
He seeks the freedom that his lord promised him
He is solitary in his thoughts, but harmoniously connected in his actions
He is the friend of nature, although nature seeks to stop him
He means no harm, he is only a man, a man with deluded ambitions
Nature's lieutenants took pity on him
Nature's lieutenants were the faithful dog and the bravest lion
So they guided him, and showed him the way
So they warned him, freedom was not what he thought it to be
So they took him to the foot of a rotting cave
Where all of nature's immortal beauty halts at the mortal cave
Where death lies in wait, giving freedom to all who passed
Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom...
Death took the soul of the Lone Seeker and gave it to his lord
Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom... Freedom...
He now was free
