Yellow

Yellow is...

The warm feeling of sunshine on your face. The sound of canaries singing together. The smell of daffodils. Soft scent and breezes flowing through ponytails and the feeling of a friend running a hand through your hair. It's laughter and wind chimes and spinning in a circle until you fall down and the world keeps turning without you. Yellow is friends and sunflowers and that warm feeling of happiness after just waking up well rested. It's afternoon naps. The soft fur of a golden retriever. It's life and static and shorts and flower crowns. Yellow is so much more than a color.
