Would it make me twice as bold?

It would surely weigh me down.

If I ruled a troubled land

Would it help me understand?

If I ruled a land of trouble

Would my vice and weakness double?

If I had a queen of beauty

Would it help me do my duty?

If I had a beauty queen

Would it make me twice as mean?
