People die every day.
Most without ever
Having truly lived.
Most convinced to be
Content with a poor
Quality of life.
Not having enough to eat.
Not having clean water to drink.
Thinking love is something to harbor and
Store up from others, but not something
To be giving out because they might run
Out of it.
Litlle puppy dogs getting run over
By cars.
The war isn’t ending anytime soon
So as if thing are to keep going as they are.
A parent kills themselves, and the funeral
Is on the kids birthday.
