Self obsessed human; Your Majesty
The cries you think are the sounds of laughter,
come with the tears of a lion from his master,
courageous lions brought to fear,
as they laugh in your circus and he feels his death near,
because his life’s greatest calamity, is you, your finest majesty.
How’s my taste your majesty, can you taste, my life’s tragedy?
My life and dream vanished with a slam,
my hopeless dream to not be eaten as ham,
a fallen piglet, so young and fresh,
whispered a prayer to die with clean flesh...
The strength of my trunk, the green of my leaves,
anatomized with my pride, and many other trees.
From the roots of earth to the star filled sky,
I lie on the floor so a human can pass by.
Your majesty, with shunned pity, no sympathy, can you still spare me?
I’m your finest majesty, the one you work for and help that’s me.
I’m your finest majesty, not merciful but powerful.
I bow to others, so to me you must bow,
i’m no hypocrite, this is simply the world’s rules I avow.
