Panic Attack
Write/describe a panic attack. Poetry or prose. Don't describe the events that led to the panic attack, but you can write a small introduction if you like. (I will be providing a panic attack of my own too :)
This is it.
I'm dying now I can tell
Faster and faster my heart pounds
My thoughts jumps, leaps
Bounds
The room is closing in on me
Can't someone come to help!
It feels like I'm drowning out at sea
Pulled under by the kelp.
Thoughts they come in like waves
Finishing the job.
