Abating present tense.

Yesterday flashed future;

Drawn nigh to your presence.

Rent, the veil between us;

Ethereal escape —

Alighting stars, once dormant;

Mesmerizing gaze.

Iridescent visions,

Neural images evoked;

Glancing through the optics

Of

Dreams in Daylight’s Hope.
