There are those

Who wish for wealth

Or power and money stacked up on a shelf

There are those who wish on a whim

For things they’ll use

Once or twice.

Me I don’t

Know what I want

Some company would be nice

Someone there to be by my side

To help me when I feel alone inside.

If wishes I had three

I’d wish for all to be happy

I’d wish for those who live in fear

To have their worries disappear.

There’s still one wish left,

You might say.

You’d wonder what my last wish is

This fine day.

Well other than those two

I don’t have any

So I’m giving the last one

To you.
