What do you think teaching is?!

Teaching in general, and teaching kids in particular is a lot of show.

You are not expected to tame lions,

There is no tightrope,

And normally you get no pie in the face,

But...

You have an audience,

They need to be in the show,

Along with you,

Clowning around,

Learning skills,

So they, the kids,

Would someday also be in their own show.
