La Victoire.
The war raged on...
Arrows tossed higher.
The chief was gone..
Destroyed by the fire.
It spread like a disease,
Soon burning many trees.
Warriors, all lost now
Wondering how to keep goin’
Losing the battle—
Not sure where to turn,
Like a herd of lost cattle,
As they watched their village burn.
Then, lightning struck the ground~
Another leader arrived from the sky
With fiery bright eyes.
She led the tribe to victory!
They raised their weapons,
Shouting togeth’r, givin’ their battle cry.
The other side panicked,
Surrendered and ran away.
Not wanting to face the one..
Leader who’d come from Solei.
The folks sang & cheered...
They danced, for they had won!
