Her Love

She came into my life unexpectedly,

Sweeping me off my feet in instant,

It was a roller coaster ride,

It pulls me up, it pushes me down,

She tested me in every possible way,

She pulled me out of the darkness,

Every single time I find myself,

Stepping back inside,

She would pull me out,

Towards the light she has,

Towards the love she offered,

And that love puts me at ease,

She put me at peace,

Loving me even though I feel unloved,

Wiping my tears, facing my fears,

Sitting beside me through it all,

And everytime she feels tired,

She would take a break,

Then comes back and nurture me,

And through my anxieties and fears,

She loves me unconditionally,

Even if we are just like this,

Even if we are quiet about it,

She would hold my hand,

Putting me to sleep,

And when I wake up

She's still there, smiling at me.
