Serendipity

I suppose I'm indecisive; as my favorite word changes like the wind.

Serendipity. "The occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way."

The word itself sounds interesting and pretty. The meaning of it is a good one, I think, and brings to mind peaceful times. One such strong image is family members returning from war; and the feeling one gets when they see their loved one for the first time after months of separation. The joyous smiles and hugs that are exchanged. The unwrapping of presents on Christmas Day.

Serendipity brings to mind happy times, when it seems like nothing could go wrong.
