Bursting with flames

Firecrackers and magnolias

Dining with God

requires a long fork

a middle-aged spoon

a twisted torc

nonchalant shoes

with broken straps

Hey there, I see a sign

in the Great Black Bear

up in the mountainous sea

of tumultuous, smudged corsages

stumbling in and out

There's a road ranger

chasing a road runner

Casually asking for a pot of beer

A sticky toothpick

Coarse shoes of a lonely drifter

handed to the deceased through a mourning whistle

As you push in through me

you go there out of me

through my nasal canal

inside my root canal

or simply up my butt
