the squeezing of my hand in yours

the whisper of a smile in a dark time

coffee and tea made in the morning

beds made and clothes folded

giving you the chance to sleep through the little ones

writing poetry of how i feel when i'm with you on the back of your hand

making breakfast early in the morning so you have something warm to eat
