Challenge
Describe a stranger.
Maybe it's the delivery person, the fruit shop worker or the old lady driving the car next to you at the traffic light ( don't Prose and drive). Poetry or short story.
The man with the limp
No one would ask him how he had acquired the limp.
Most wouldn’t even contemplate the scene. Just an old man slowly making his way past the stalls of flea market in the early hours of a Saturday morning.
A life long ailment, a foolish accident or a heroic gesture it would be impossible to deduce.
From my position at the pre-loved plantstall I could determine only one thing:
For the time being, he was managing.
