Mistaken

The back of his head was all I could see. He wore an oversized black coat and as he turned around, I was surprised to see a woman's face. She had high cheekbones, full small lips which were painted red with lipstick, and had a mole below her right eye. As I saw her walk away I thought about how they could've identified as another gender.
