PROIE

The pack had picked up her scent. They howled and were off.

She ran as fast as she could~ running past an owl- that flew off the second that it spotted her. Even with all the many trees in the forest, there was no place for her to hide. She stopped and had an idea.

The pack carried on their chase and soon passed by the girl’s hiding spot. She quietly waited for them to move along.

Once they did, she came down from the highest branch of one of the Jacaranda trees. She jumped the minute that she heard a twig snap.

Looking for the source of the disturbance, she spotted a bunny. It raised it’s head and then hopped away.

She laughed and shook her head. Now even a bunny was going to give her a heart attack.

As she started walking, she didn’t notice the leader of the pack watching her make her way home. He was not going to let her out of his sight.
