The remains of the future
Here comes the past
with a juicy start,
Fulfilling dreams so fast
untill things fall apart.
Of things not done
and woes to bloom,
The present is alone
with imminent doom.
The past met a new day
and gave her the present,
A present left at bay
untill the future is spent.
The past stubbed the future
and used the present as future,
Healing though slow
yet the future will glow.
If the future dies
her remains will germinate,
Into roses, tullips and lillies
as new hope disseminate.
