Our Dream
Civilization is built on desire
We transform it through our will
When monuments fall and systems collapse
It is our psyche taking action to fulfill
Our collective dream
The world will always be a reflection of this
Unfortunately, the world isn’t moral
Everything that exists is competing
And so, we are in constant quarrel
To achieve our dream
Anger preludes change
It is realization and motivation
Directed, it leads to transformation
Otherwise, to devastation
Of our dream
Dreams will often go unrealized
Time and entropy are not to blame
Desire will always be the culprit
Since desires are prone to change
And so will our dream
