Video Games
In terms of video games, quarantine has actually been very eventful, since my brother was finally able to convince our parents into getting a PS4.
Since I wasn't much of a gamer outside of Minecraft and Animal Crossing, he made the first decisions on what games to buy: Overwatch and Ghost of Tsushima. With my involvement in online classes and outside projects until about two weeks ago, I didn't have much time to play anyway.
It was recently when I chose a starter game, based on the show I had been rewatching: My Hero One's Justice 2. Since my younger sibling doesn't watch much anime and has seen questionable cosplays from the MHA fandom, he was initially unsure of whether he wanted to play with me. However, this didn't last: he told me that the graphics on the game were actually quite good, and he liked the character designs and their customizations. Unfortunately, it's been hard to explain to him, someone who's never seen the anime or manga, why Mineta is a horrible favorite, or why I get sad whenever he mains certain characters...
Now I've been doing more research on what games to get next, but all roads have led me back to my other interests. My top choice is the Danganronpa Trilogy (yes, the school killing game with the wacky poses and disturbing fanbase). I can't explain it- something about this franchise's colorful characters and dark, dystopian themes (and crude humor) have kept me hooked on it since I saw the anime adaptation of the first game. Other than that, I've been wanting to get Bendy and the Ink Machine, or maybe the Attack On Titan games. (Note: If anyone's played any of these, you can comment to sway my decision or give me other suggestions.)
