Well...
1) the chicken and the egg- obviously the answer is that both came at the same time. there were fireworks, and sparks, and they both needed cold water after such a workout, but neither was brave enough to get up just yet.
2) for best results: first syrup, then just a bit of hot water (they say we dont have to, but it melts the sugars and fats much better, so the taste is stronger), then finally cold milk.
3)this depends on how you like cereal and how soon you plan to finish. i would put ceral and fresh banana, maybe some maple syrup. the milk comes at the last minute possible.
4) peanut butter is much stickier, so of course it comes first, you moderate the sweetness by adding more or less jelly on top, better yet, add some fruit, or even bacon.
5)noodles! why would you ever do it the other way?!?!
