Nightmare Within A Reality

Let me be clear,

It was a j o k e.

I never meant to hurt anyone.

But here I stand,

My own creation among me.

Here to kill everything I loved,

And to grow everything I h a t e.

They all make fun of me.

"It was just a little fun"

They taunt.

They are not my real friends.

My real friends are dead.

Dead within the story I created.

How would you feel if you made a horror story,

And all it did was hurt people?

Crawling to life,

Screaming as the writing flows to reality.

The shadows from my nightmares scream

I tell them.

And yet here I stand,

My only friends now,

Being my own monsters,

That I sent to life.

Die

Nothing is left for them to take.

They are all dead.

I wrote the story.

And now it haunted more people,

Than It wanted to.
