You think I’d survive?
Haha.
Hahahaha.
What can humans do against a race of sadistic gods if they decide that they are tired of humanity?
They play games where they pit humans from different eras against each other - putting them in a hunger games style arena, though far more disorientating, and with far worse creations, many of which cannot be seen.
And even if the humans survive the creatures and the other humans - there is the landscape to contend with. The whole place is built as a death trap for humans, and most go insane after spending 72 hours there. The longest anyone held out for was 98.
This world lives in the space between worlds, but if they decided to open the barriers and pollute our world? You wouldn’t have a chance.
They have drugs in the water that make you go insane. It doesn’t mattered whether its freshwater streams, glaciers or bottled water, they’re beings that inhabit the sixth dimension. There isn’t anything you can do to prevent it.
But say you were the 0.01% who the drug didn’t affect (because they’re immortal gods, they need to have some variables to throw the loop of course), you would still have to contend with the other people - the ones who the drug did effect - who would have gone insane and on a murderous rampage.
If you survived that - and congratulations by the way, that’s not going to be a small feat - then you would have to contend with the 4D monsters and the way the world was contorted into a hall of horrors, with everything becoming something out of a nightmare. You’d kill yourself just to get away from it.
But what about me? How would I survive?
I am the author after all.
I created this. All I need to do is write in a big red button. Something to destroy them so completely, so utterly, whilst not touching humans. A war at home perhaps, where the two sides kill each other.
That is of course, if I survived long enough to find the person who set this curse upon my story, and read the Ts and Cs carefully enough that I can find a loophole to exploit. And given my current survival skills - which are surprisingly lacking for a 216 year old vampire - I would not survive long enough to do so, leading to the only possible outcome: the world is destroyed by the gods.
Say goodbye to earth and humanity.
