Disappearing

I don’t want to be here.

Take me away.

Down the rabbit hole.

To a world of happy days.

So what if there’s a queen?

And a hatter of mad?

Anywhere away from here,

Somewhere that I’m not sad.

I can drink some sugared tea,

And eat some buttered bread.

Listen to some twisted riddles,

Or make some of my own instead!

I’d go crazy there,

But at least I’d feel some bliss.

So please, I beg you.

Take me away into the abyss.
