A Day In The Life Of A Modern Vampire Final
Liam answered his phone and walked to the kitchen. "Hello?"
"Hey, big bro." Liam let go of the breath he didn't know he was holding in. "I was scared for a moment there, don't scare me like that. What is it, Henry?"
/A few minutes later/
Everett finished his cigarette and Weston walked over to him. "What are you smoking for?" "I needed to calm down. Don't worry too much about it, West." Everett said, looking at Weston.
"Are you sure, Everett?" "Yes, West. What happened with your brother?" Everett asked, taking out another cigarette and holding out for Weston take.
"The usual.." Weston took the cigarette and Everett lit it for him. "Did he get in trouble with the cops?"
"Of course not, he needed help..with some calculations." "Now, you're working with your criminal brother?" "No." Weston said, 'I just helped him with some math he didn't understand."
"Let me guess..he's gonna make a heist." "Everett.." Weston warned, and Everett rolled his eyes.
"We're alone anyway, why are you being like this?" Everett asked. "Everett. Shut your mouth." Everett turned around and saw Hailey standing there.
"Oh, it's just her." "Just me?" Hailey got off the wall.
"What were you two talking about?" "None of your beeswax." Everett said, taking out another cigarette and lighting it.
"Oh, really..? Well, I guess I can just go tell the cops about your conversation.." Hailey said, smirking. "You have no proof." Weston said, looking at her.
"Really?" Hailey took out her phone which had been recording. Weston's eyes widened and Everett rolled his eyes.
"What were you two talking about?" Hailey repeated, "Tsk." "You're not going to get anything out of us, even if you tell the cops. We'd rather die." Everett said, and Weston relaxed.
"Does my brother know?" "You know, Miss Stalker Photographer Maid..we could teach you a lesson right now. No matter your gender." Everett said.
"And do you really believe-" "We don't believe, Miss Hailey Evans. We know."
"You should talk to me more, idiot." "It's not my fault you never call." Henry responded, before running his hand through a male's light blue hair.
"Pfft..well, I have to make dinner-" "You know..we haven't seen our neices and nephews in a while, have we, Eric?" Henry grinned and Eric slowly woke up. "We have not.." Eric whispered.
"Here that, big bro? We're coming over for dinner!" Henry said, and Liam groaned. "Fine..but I already have a full house, please don-" "Already sent." Henry said.
"Henry. Neon is tired. I don't know if he can take more..he needs to rest." "Then we won't mess with him." Henry said, and Eric raised up with his eyes widened.
"You invited one of the loudest and happiest girls in the world, to my house for dinner." Neon said, and Henry looked at Eric. "Well, maybe you need some Erica in your house." Henry said, making Eric giggle and Henry smiled.
Liam was quiet but he sighed and ran his hand through his hair. "Fine, but if you mess this up..you better take responsibility for the mess. I am to take care of my husband, I better not be caught up in the crossfire." Liam said, "Will do." Henry said, and then hung up.
That was the end of this short story idea that was given to me by @The Dreamer. I was very happy and pleased with this all even though it wasn't major in the vampire department. (I also apologize for that) I can't wait to continue writing! I hope you enjoyed. You can ask questions about the storyline or characters, I hopefully will be able to answer! This was so fun. Thank you!
