Ease of Transition

in some ways,

i am already

a vampire.

i live on the sight

of my own blood

suck it off my wrists.

i stay out of the sun,

hiding in my dark cave,

waiting for darkness.

being a vampire wouldn't

be much of a change.

so i might as well

own it.
