Strong feet, brave heart
A fire had been lit within
Burned for days on end
Searching, looking
Where could the dream be?
A forest, green and lush
The creatues dance and sing
Sun dipping in the horizon
To hide among the stars
Alas, the darkness encroaches
Every place looks the same
Lost among the familiar
Stop, breath and be still
One step, then another
Watching and ready
In the darkness, it seems
Everything is big and daunting
Heart stutters in hummigbird's rhythm
The fire burns, ignites
