The key in yourself.
Every person has issues in his/her life. And each of us has his/her own ways how to cope with that. But sometimes we stuck, we don’t know where to move, it feels like all the ways have vanished and everything is covered with thick fog. You start looking for some people around you and ask for their help. Or you don’t, but so that you know, it is fully OK to search for help from others. But do not expect anyone can show you your way to move. No one can, just you. But you have to stop first, sometimes even literally. In your head there is probably mess and noise. That’s fine, we all felt that. You have to accept that mess, take a deep breath and then you have to start looking for a “tool” that will bring back the road or path that you have lost. It can be a map of your steps or you need some sort of a lantern which can actually be in any appropriate for you shape(a person, a bright idea, or anything else). But it is still on you: you decide when and how to move, and if you do move, no one will have the right to that you don’t. So don’t let anyone but you make you stop.
