the casting session

i was cast out,

but not before i was casted out.

first came the cast,

plaster , itching , bad smell,

then, as i could dance no more,

i was casted out,

the director told me,

it's not them, it's me,

and my cast,

ridiculously trying to dance,

with the crutches.

with my position,

in the troup untenable,

i was cast out,

upon an island,

where i took up casting,

primarily bronze.
