Hope is Nice

She sets her pen down and walks to the window. She gazes towards the sea as she visualizes the opportunities which lie ahead, and the memories which lie behind. She doesn't feel punished for every silly mistake and her loved ones don't coddle her to the point of suffocation. She knows the one she misses will return, and she finds safety in the thought of tomorrow.
