A Tale of a Creature
Sit down, and I shall tell you a tale,
Of something smaller than a house,
but bigger than a whale.
So, go out and tell your sisters and your brothers
of this creature of many colors.
For there once were days you would watch the sunrise,
and from there you'd see something that flies,
No, it's not a bird, not a plan, not even a butterfly,
It has large green scales, green, blue, and black,
sometimes it would fly forwards, sometimes back.
Its wings are made of leather, just like a bat.
They go up and down, and then flat.
Its tail is so full of spikes,
balances the creature while in flight.
From its mouth a fire does blaze,
making light as bright as day.
Where do they come from?
Well, nobody knows
they just come, they just go.
Do you know what creature this could be?
A dragon! Of Course! A dragon I see.
