Acceptance

sometimes I get upset

and wish a grand path was clearly set

before me

and at times it seems

like all the growth I seek

results in mediocre and meek

I am not amazing at a thing…

But

maybe it is not one path

or the mastering of one class

maybe it is the many colors of my heart

that set me apart
